He made his first court appearance last night and was officially charged with five counts, including two felonies for forgery and carrying a firearm without a license. And according to police, Mangione is no longer cooperating. He was initially cooperative. He is not now. And so he has been arraigned and transported and will be securely housed pending the filing of additional charges in New York.
