You know, we had some trouble with some of their players.

You know, you pick three, Jed Walter, and then Mac Andrews, who's picked five, and Noah Anderson, who's picked two.

It's like, man, the amount of talent that these guys have got really curtailing them was important for us.

And they just, they've got so much talent on every line that making the most of those chances I thought was really important.

I don't know anyone called Ron Bonin.

First time I've seen a player help a referee in that way.

He's an easy and a hard player to coach.

He's easy because he does so many good things.

And he's hard because you want to help him and you want to talk to him, but he can do things that certainly the rest of us can't.

So to coach him, basically, get out of his way and make sure he knows that he needs to become great.

He's not that yet.

He'll start working towards it and continue to be whatever the ceiling is.

It's our job to create an environment that makes it as high as possible.
