I really think it's a group of people who want to be main characters.

And that's really what they have in common.

Precisely.

And so they all have main character energy.

They all fight with each other for top girl status in the group.

And it is compelling in a high school-ish way to watch.

I have consumed anything to do with them.

Some of them you like more than others.

Some of them you root for more than others.

One season they're the villain, the next they're the hero, and so it goes.

So yeah, the mom group thing is real, I'm told.

There are mom groups out there on Facebook.

They will usually be sort of like designated by neighborhood.

There's one in my neighborhood.

I know lots of people who are a part of it.

They have text chats.

And like what they really have in common is you're off work for a year at the same time.

You want to get together with someone in a park and sit with your babies and not have a nervous breakdown alone at home.

So I think that that's sort of like where it begins for a lot of regular people.

And then for like celebrities, they want to kind of like post about the fact that they're hanging out and that their mom's hanging out together.
