And part of the effect of that adrenaline, other than the fact that everything gets faster and you get hotter and you have that fight or flight, ready to run, ready to fight response,
It also means that your brain's firing faster.
So your ability to kind of have thoughts and produce those neuronal patterns that lead to your thinking, as well as your ability to process that information that's coming in, speeds up.
So everything gets faster in the brain as you get scared and ready to fight or ready to run.
or ready to just tuck and roll in the case of a motorbike accident.
So that's what's informing how the world seems to slow down because your processing of it gets faster.
Yeah, so it's really interesting when we sleep because so many things get turned off when you're asleep.
Obviously, if you go start sprinting in your dream and ideally if you start yelling.
In your dream, it doesn't happen in real life or in the room.
But just as you're falling asleep, those things don't get turned off all in one hit.
So they get turned off slowly and in order.
So as you're drifting off, the speech is one of the things that gets turned off towards the end of the stack.
So if you were having that conversation, you might still be having that conversation.
