You know, since the Ravens lost and Harbaugh became available, the Giants interview him immediately, but obviously they have to interview a couple minority candidates.

But if the Ravens kicker makes that field goal and if Tomlin's fired on Monday and the Giants interview him and hire him on Monday, nobody says a word and no white candidates have to be interviewed.

The rule is kind of

It doesn't work for everybody.

It's not fair to the minority candidates where they have to bring them in and just have these fake interviews to satisfy a requirement.

And I think it's discriminatory against a white male candidate where if Tomlin was available, you could hire him immediately and no one would say a word.

You wouldn't have to interview anybody else.

And I just don't think the rule was set up the right way.

I'm not really sure. I set a boundary with my youngest daughter, who is a heroin addict and older. Basically, she can't use me anymore and I will support her in recovery and her healing. And it ran from there. It did.
