I mean, that's basic AFL-level stuff where you don't want a guy like that free behind the footy.
So, you know, who's communicating here?
Who's going to roll up and take care of him?
And then which son is going to roll up after that and make sure that their spare is the deepest?
And it's Tom McCartan who's not going to hurt you off the back of a contest.
And it just didn't happen.
And then defensively for them, for the Suns, in that game against Sydney, there was really no communication.
There was no one, there's no general, there's no one back there who was quite vocal and barking instructions.
Bodie Uland, I love, but he's relatively quiet.
Ballard and Collins aren't overly, you know, vocal.
Collins, I think, is probably the leader in terms of the defenders, but I think he takes care of his own job first and foremost.
So, you know, Noble's a running back, so he's not really going to set them up as much defensively.
So, yeah, it really stunned me and shook me a little bit with their lack of organisation ahead and behind the footy.
That's on the players because I've spent time around Sean Greig.
I know how detailed he is and how much he values communication and organisation and the need to have role players and guys who play their role.
He was a catalyst behind...
starting Selwood and Dangerfield on the bench and allowing Atkins and Blitzarves and these guys to play some midfield minutes because they were super organised and super diligent and team-first guys who love to play their roles.
So it's a personnel thing and it's just growth that that group's going to need to have as a collective.
It's just growth that teams need to...
is going to need to find.
