Another big weekend of footy.

It was a day for those with endurance, elite endurance yesterday.

We got underway at half past 12.

I was able to catch a fair bit of the Saturday crunch time crew and it was always good listening.

Gerard Whiteley, very, very strong on some of the Lance Collard tribunal situations.

We'll probably leave that where it is.

But Gold Coast and Hawthorne, really interesting game.

And, you know, utterly disappointed in Gold Coast for a lot of the first half.

Then they get on a big, big run and you think, hello, this is on.

We see a 50-meter penalty, which really halted and changed the momentum of that game.

In the end, Hawthorne go on and dominate the last quarter and dominate the game for a big, big win.
