It fits him so well. The way he is with the media is the way he is with all of us. You're just like, dude, what are we talking about right now? But we love it. And it brings teams together. Because he's such an open book. For me, for a while, I was like, there's no way this guy is this open. There's got to be hiding something. Go find it for us. You're always trying to think about something, but it's the way he is. He's just so genuinely loving that you're like, this is kind of weird and awesome. Never had a head coach like that.

So it's awesome. He always has kids. It's cool to see that he always spends time with his kids, like, after practice. They're always around. So he gets his family time in, too, which is good.

I disagree. They were a great organization. I knew I was only going to be there for one or two games. And, like, I got, for me, what stood out to me was when I went to the Chargers, I had the game-winning field goal my first week there, and Nick Sirianni texted me right after the game. It was like, hey, congrats. It's super cool to see you succeeding.
