You're very welcome along to Friday's Rugby Daily.
I'm Cameron Hill.
Coming up for you today, Ireland head coach Scott Beaman has no regrets over their big talk ahead of the current Six Nations campaign.
The team news ahead of a huge weekend for the Irish provinces in the URC.
And could Irish teams be joining Premiership Women's Rugby in the coming years?
First up today, Ireland return to action in their Women's Six Nations campaign tomorrow evening.
Belfast is the venue for their Round 4 clash with Wales, with just one change to the starting team that lost to France two weeks ago.
Eve Higgins is promoted from the bench to join Aoife Dalton in the centre, with Nancy McGillivray dropping out at the matchday 23 altogether.
Ealing Trail finder's back Niamh Gallagher is in line for an international debut.
She's part of a 6-2 split on the bench.
On the Welsh front then, there are three changes from their defeat to England last time out.
Carys Cox returns at centre with Hannah Dayavaye coming onto the wing, while in the pack Georgia Evans makes the second row.
Ireland are still smarting from that defeat to the French in Clermont a fortnight ago after shipping 19 unanswered points in the second half despite being 7-all at half-time.
But head coach Scott Beaman says he has no regrets over the side being so open before the game about targeting a win over Les Bleus this time around.
Now, Ireland are looking to finish the campaign with three wins for the first time in six years and are facing a Wales team that haven't won in the championship since 2024.
Former Ireland international Fiona Hayes joined Owen Shahan on Wednesday night rugby.
She feels the team needs to deliver statement performances to prove they're the best of the rest outside of England and France.
