First up, Leinster are stepping up their preparations for their Investec Champions Cup semi-final at home to Toulon on Saturday.

Leo Cullen's side are second favourites to lift the title, just behind holders Bordeaux as they chase European honours for the first time since 2018.

As David mentioned on yesterday's pod, Ryan Baird and Charlie Tector have been ruled out of this weekend.

Baird was one of the standout performers in their quarterfinal win over Sail Sharks earlier this month, but he suffered an injury related to the leg break he sustained against South Africa in November, and there are fears his season may be over as a result.

James Lowe, Jordan Larmer and Dermot Mangan are back training this week, but remain dead for Saturday's game.

While Tadhg Furlong and Andrew Porter may also miss the game against the three-time champions, putting further pressure on Leinster's front row stocks.

Assistant coach Robin McBride says they won't risk the pair at the weekend if they're not fully fit.

Jacob Umaga's penalty with the clock in the red gave the Italian side a 29-26 win over the defending champions in Treviso.
