Now coming up for you today, Ulster have a hugely depleted squad ahead of their URC Interpro trip to Munster this weekend.

And we check in with the captains ahead of the Women's Final in the Energia All-Ireland League on Sunday.
First up, Munster have posted a positive injury update ahead of their URC Interpro Derby at home to Ulster on Saturday night.
Olly Yeager, Calvin Nash, Dermot Barron, John Klain and Brian Gleeson all came through last weekend's win over Benetton Unscathed, having returned from injury in that game.
Mike Haley and JJ Hanrahan are also back training this week.
The news is less positive from an Ulster point of view.
Their 29-21 defeat at home to Leinster on Friday also came at a considerable cost personnel-wise.

that Angus Bell, Scott Wilson, Tom O'Toole, James Hume, Jude Postlethwaite and Bryn Ward are new additions to their injury list.
They join Nick Timoney, James McNabney, Rob Herring, Rob Ballachoon, Stuart Moore and Rory Maguire among the absentees.
