Who am I?
Well, it's all over for St Mirren.
Well, they need the next goal, Hugh.
If they get the next goal... And they need it soon, though.
They're the lowest goal scorers in the Premiership, so they'd love finding three goals out of somewhere.
No they would take two I know but they're not finding two either I think two if they got a point out of this it'd be a really good day for them I agree with you I don't think they'll find three but if they do go on and lose it there's a living place written all over St Mirren I think the problem is as well the more expansive they get the further they push players forward you've got your likes of Finlay Curtis you've got Hugo up front who can punish and get goals for Comarnock so they've got to be wary at the back as well
It is so evident when you say they are the lowest scorers in the division 27 goals this season Which is 12 fewer than Livingston But Kilmarnock have the chance to maybe go 3 ahead And back to back 3-0 wins That's you guaranteeing your survival in style
Absolutely again you say results are mixed I think it's mixed between home and away and that's been the problem as away form all season one win all season away from home they've had a number of draws but certainly at home they've been decent and Neil McCann's got a good few wins I remember the Aberdeen one the Dundee United one recently as well
obviously they beat Hearts at home so they've had good results at Rugby Park it's been their away form I think it's been a really good appointment over the piece that you bring in real experience in Neil McCann and Billy Dodds I felt as if they were giving themselves the best opportunity staying in this league and that's why I questioned the appointment of Craig McLeish at St Mirren an inexperienced manager in such a high pressure environment
Again it probably shows Where they are At this moment in time You know if the St Mirren do end up In the playoff final It's either Against Neil Lennon
Or our own Mark Wilson with the vastly experienced Alec Ray beside him So he's up against it No he isn't and there's no getting away from it Mark's not an experienced manager but he's certainly got a number of games under his belt He's had a fantastic season so far and you're right to mention that he's got Alec Ray at the side of him Who's got a huge amount of experience and we don't need to go down Neil Lennon's route We know how much experience he's got so
massive part for me again if you've just won that playoff game to get into the final to play St Mirren or Comarnock whoever it be you've got momentum as you mentioned there but the problem for St Mirren is they can't score goals and that is a huge huge issue if they can't score goals they're not going to win football matches and you look at Dunfermline and Partick for me they're teams that have got real threats at the top end of the pitch to score goals they're excellent as well so yeah I would fear for St Mirren if they end up in that playoff position Drama at Airdrie
Well, it's...
Again, for old timers like me, Aberdeen-Dundee United used to be one of the top fixtures in Scottish football.
Both league championship winners, Jim McLean for Dundee United, Sir Alex for Aberdeen.
Sad to see them the way they are.
Well, nobody likes VAR.
It's been a disappointing season for Dundee United, hugely disappointing season for Jim Goodwin.
And what it does for me is it mounts pressure on him for the start of next season.
