Which is needed. More is needed, but there are some studies now showing cause and effect. And there is no cause. Potatoes don't cause weight gain and they don't cause type 2 diabetes. Candida herself has led a study where 40% of the meat or fish in participants' diets was replaced with either beans, unknown healthy food, or potatoes.
