Still the vast majority of players come through the school system.
If you look at the Leinster squad that played in the European Cup final, I think...
and I could be wrong, I think just Ciarán Frawley and Jamie Osborne, of the 20 Irish players who came from Leinster, they're the only ones who didn't come through the school's pathway.
Back in the day, it was a lot closer to, say, 50-50, 60-40.
Now, I am conscious of the fact that the school's pathway being the number one has been around basically as long as I've been watching the game, so I am conscious of that, so I don't have the numbers to hand.

Well, of course they do.
Ireland is a country full of migration.
It has been for hundreds of years.
You know, it's only natural that we tap into that, whether it's Matt Hanson, whether it's someone like Ben O'Donovan further down a depth chart or whatever it may be.
And yes, there is still a James Lowe who we'll get onto later.
There's still an Alex Nankerville who are essentially project players.
But they are few and far between now.
It is very much okay if you have a passport, we'll look into it.
Because I think ultimately professional sport, if you're not trying every little use of the law book, you're not really trying to win.
It's the same for England, it's the same for Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, every single country.
You have to try and use the rules in your favour.
I think Scotland are doing it very well at the moment, probably goes under the radar.
