I've been to this one a number of times.
They're really, really wonderful.
They had to take last year off.
So they're kind of like back on this year, which was great.
And they're very lovely.
I'm also attending a conference.
So this is something where I get emails from the Writers Trust, which is a Canadian organization that funds a lot of prizes and awards and things like that.
So I always read their newsletter.
And at the bottom of the newsletter, they were advertising a conference through Editors Canada.
But the conference is all about the ways that AI intersects with editing.
And right away, I was like, oh, this is really interesting.
So I'm going to go.
I was like, wow, this seems like something I really need to pay attention to and learn about just from the perspective of what are editors telling each other?
How are editors as an organization?
thinking about AI?
How are they advising, again, the members of their organization to think about AI?
And how are the editors on the panels going to be talking about how they work with their clients and authors about AI?
So there's some really interesting panels.
I'll read you the name of some of the panels.
And I mean, I am not paid to advertise this conference at all.
