And it's all more of that social currency, obviously.
Yeah.
I don't know, just different forms of currency in a way that we don't have that like corporateness to us because agencies are essentially all of them almost, I think, in the grand scheme of things are small to medium sized businesses, right?
It's not corporate like that.
Yeah.
And that's what makes this job so complicated, so fun.
As you said, never a dull moment.
Never boring.
And that's why people do this for so long.
I was thinking about this.
I feel like it is one of those things that is a calling, is a
career in a way where, I don't know, there's, there's not really any stepping away from it, really.
Like it just becomes part of who you are and how you think about the world.
And I think we are salespeople also at the end of the day.
Right.
And as you were saying, like, how do we, how do we quantify success?
Well, one of the reasons we do put a number on it is because we are salespeople.
That is our job.
Essentially we're managers, but we're salespeople.
Yeah, absolutely.
