Well, police say the gunman pulled up on a boat, started shooting, and then sped away up the intercoastal waterway.

Coast Guard spotted someone matching that description, and that person was arrested.

He has been identified as 39-year-old Nigel Edge.

He now faces charges including three counts of first-degree murder.
