January energy fades fast.
Here's the truth.
Motivation is not sustainable.
Structure is.
You can't rely on feeling motivated.
You need a system that works even when you don't feel like it.
Here's what works for me.
I love to have like a weekly check-in every Sunday for 15 minutes.
Now I'm doing it on Fridays because I'm doing this exercise together with my team at work.
And I asked myself, what were my weekly wins?
I also ask myself, where did I got off track?
And then I ask, what is my priority for next week?
I'm also adding, what am I learning this week?
