because 12 months is close enough to feel personal and far enough to create meaningful change.

A year is long enough to grow, but not long enough that it becomes abstract and overwhelming.

So as we go through this, I want you to imagine your life one year from today, not in a fantasy kind of way,

More I'm talking about in a living way.

Picture a normal week, a normal day, and let's start there.

And I have some questions for you.

And I want you to be very clear about something.
