It clears your mental fog.
It regulates your nervous system.
It tells your body, we're awake, we're here, we're ready.
For me, most mornings, this is a 30-minute strength session or walk.
But here's the key.
I match my movement to my energy.
If I wake up and I feel like I'm high energy, then I lift, I do something intense.
If I'm low energy, instead I walk on my treadmill or maybe I do a yoga session.
