So we're going to do a simple energy audit together.
This is something I do every so often because my energy patterns change.
What energized me two years ago now might be draining me.
What works in the summer might not work in the winter.
So I encourage you to use this audit on a regular basis.
The goal of the audit is awareness.
So you can design your life around what actually works for you.
Here's how it works.
Step one, track your energy for one week.
For the next seven days, I want you to pay attention, not obsessively, not with a spreadsheet, just noticing.
At the end of each day, ask yourself, what gave me energy and what drained my energy?
And write it down.
