Or you question, what actually did you do that day?
That feeling is what I want to talk about.
Because for a long time, when I felt that way, I assumed the problem was time.
I thought, I need to plan better.
I need to get more organized.
I need to manage my time better.
And I kept trying new planners and new systems and new apps.
I became the time management queen.
But at the same time, I kept trying to fix the same problem with the same solution.
And here's what I've come to realize.
And this was a big shift for me.
Time was never the full equation.
And if time management alone worked the way that we all were promised it would, most of us would feel more energized, more fulfilled.
But instead, we feel productive but depleted.
We feel busy but not fulfilled.
We feel like we're on top of things, but somehow still feel behind.
So in this first episode of the month, I want to reframe the conversation, not by throwing time management out.
I still believe time management is necessary and super important.
But I want to explain why time management alone has failed us and why the missing piece, the one that we were never taught, is energy.
Today is about understanding the difference between the two, why they never meant to be separated, and how learning to integrate time and energy changes the way you design your days and your life.
