So those details still need to come out to see how shareholders make out.

A lot of this, especially when there's private companies, the M&A is very much behind the scenes.
Maybe an investment bank gets brought on for a fairness opinion or there's certainly law firms.
And if Tesla had been part of this merger, then you might see more public information or independent companies.
