The market seems to be interpreting that it's got a fairer chance, certainly in expediting the deal, certainly at getting it over the hill of pushing back on Paramount, which again, time and time again, been saying, look, our deal is more appetizing because it is cash, because Warner Brothers Discovery isn't giving us the clarity on what money they'll be getting for the cable networks, which aren't part of the Netflix offer.

This gives more certainty on real money they'll be getting because Netflix's share price has been under pressure.
