So we have woken up today to the news at Anthropic.

This is the AI company behind the chatbot,

It was started by some kind of disaffected former employees of OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT.

They've tried to market themselves as a more ethical artificial intelligence company, and that has actually put them into dispute with the Trump administration when it comes to how its tools are being deployed within the Pentagon, for example.

But it now is on track to launch on the U.S.

stock market.
