So I'm not sure if I should wait till after that to buy a house, but I'd love to buy a house and be able to fix it up.

Um, and then be able to get married and move into it.

Really not much.

I just had to buy a car with cash, so I kind of took away the savings I had for that.

So I'm just now kind of starting to get back and trying to save a lot for that.

Um, I'm not, not big, probably, um, a thousand to 2000 at the very most.

Um, in the area I'm at, there are plenty for sale right now around that for about 200 to 300,000 in a great area.

Um, I live with my parents right now and I'm looking kind of an area where we're at.

And, um, yeah, so probably, probably about 200,000, about, I don't know, 1200 square feet.

Yeah, I think the cap is, with my current employer, is about $50,000 a year.

He just, my boss told me that with the work and stuff, I can't make more than $25 an hour.

So that's why I'm trying to pick up these side hustles here doing handyman and other things to be able to make up that extra, you know, 10, 20% a year.
