So what's going on right now is either she's crazy and drunk and jumping or she's terrified of this person and trying to get to the balcony below. Yeah.

At 2.29, sounds of walking are heard in the audio recording, which is still going from earlier in the night. So he has the phone or whatever he's using to record recording.
