dude there was another exorcist one that freaked me out and i was a teenager emily rose yes that one was scary so scary yeah yeah yeah but no so what that first actress movie it was like the those kind of movies back in the day like it was something they were shot it was the way that like the music and stuff like honestly i'll be honest like nowadays scary movies just aren't scary to me

And I think it's because, like, when you watch old John Carpenter Halloween movies, it's very uncomplicated.

like they just go right into the first two seconds you see someone slicing a throat and blood's coming out but in the old kind of horror movies it was like like a knife and then it would go away and you see blood splatter the wall and then so it's like mysterious like you didn't know what really happened but now it's almost like two i don't know there's a different vibe between old horror movies and like new horror movies yeah i feel like they're just like more like just dumb
