We saw she had to go to a day hospital for a week or two weeks.
And then they got her a little course to do.
So she used to do that.
And then, like, so she was seeing a psychiatrist on a regular basis, weekly, then fortnightly, then six weeks.
Do you know, it transpired.
She went back to college the following year.
And so, like, for four years she was in the system.
She was seeing a psychiatrist regularly.
Like, he'd come out and he was so nice.
He was so good to her.
He might see a full room of patients, but he'd know Maxine was going on to college.
And he said, come on in, Maxine.
She was a tiny little thing.
She was only four foot ten.
So he'd know she was getting the bus to college, like.
And...
So she was signed off in February 2016, but they said to keep her name on file.
Yeah, yeah.
Well, like, she was doing quite well.
You'd always hope for the best, but I liked that part, what they said, we'll keep you on file for 18 months.
