I'm joined by Brian Ivanko, President and Chief Operating Officer of the Cigna Group.

In this role, Brian oversees all of the company's business units, including its two growth platforms, Cigna Healthcare and Evernorth Health Services, which together serve customers in more than 30 countries.

Since joining Cigna in 1998, he has held leadership roles spanning finance, U.S.

government programs, international businesses, and today he is a member of the company's enterprise leadership team.

I'd love to start with a little bit of your personal journey.

So what attracted you initially to Cigna?

The industry must have changed so much over that time period.

Maybe think about how the industry has evolved.

What would be the highlights of that?

And so then as you look forward, what major changes do you anticipate in the future across the healthcare arena?

So you talked a little bit about affordability and what you guys are doing and this personalization piece.

Talk to me a little bit about access because affordability and access seem to go hand in hand.

If I can't find a doctor, that's a problem as well.

When you think about the care journey for your members, what type of cooperation do you think are opportunities across the whole healthcare ecosystem to make that journey a lot better for the member, maybe also a lot more cost-effective?
