I don't remember if that was the exact name, but that's essentially the function. It was wild because I was like, wow, this is I'm getting nothing from this person.

They sent me a pamphlet in the mail of things to do to cope with being defrauded. The things on there were sort of like ridiculous. They were just so unhelpful. If I wanted any information, I was like, I had to follow up via email.
