I am Chad Millman.
I am joined as always by my co-host, my companion, my compadre, my BFF, professional bettor, Simon Hunter.
today we are back with part two of our episode covering the 2026 nfl regular season schedule release once again we're joined by special guest warren sharp of sharp football analysis without further ado let's dive right back in let's think about it from a betting point of view should we be using the schedule
and how the schedule makers of the NFL are thinking about it as a better hint, KPI, if you want to get corporate for it, indicator of the teams that could be good and how should that impact our betting habits in whatever capacity.
Warren, you go first.
They are the bestest Menchus teams.
Simon, what do I want to take from this?
How do I want to bet the schedule?
I like that idea.
We're betting the schedule.
Have you ever done this before?
Have you ever taken the schedule into consideration when you're thinking about season-long team over-unders?
So the opposite side of this are the Cincinnati Bengals, a quarterback who is so fragile he can't finish a season, even if he doesn't run that much and just wants to stay in the pocket.
Yet they are only playing a team, playing teams in 2025, had only four teams that are playing had a winning record.
The Texans, the Jags, and then they play the Steelers twice.
We don't know what the Steelers are going to be.
We've talked about them on the show.
We don't have that much enthusiasm for their prospects.
The Bengals have, in theory, improved their defense.
If Joe Burrow was healthy, is this a team all of a sudden that a rest advantage could help them in a way that we might not have seen otherwise?
