Remember when the nades changed and everyone thought it was going to break the game and we were like, oh, one person can throw this big fake execute and it's going to change the way the game is played entirely and change the meta?
I kind of took a passive angle and I was like, I actually am just not going to freak the fuck out quite yet and see what this change actually is inside the server.
Because I haven't gotten the sense that it changes a whole lot.
That's the Valve perspective too, I feel like.
Does it really kind of scare you having 15 bullets on the AWP?
See, I have no concern with the AWP.
See, I think the AWPing brought down to five bullets a while ago actually kind of primes them to step into this change without too much of an issue.
It was weird.
It was weird when we couldn't buy ammo.
I think it's kind of like on some perspective when I think about this, though, like if you make this change as if you're Valve, like you kind of want there to be some situations where players run out of ammo, right?
Like maybe not gearing for it, but in your head, you're like this change is made to put you in it.
He was stupid about it.
Yeah, but that's the decision that they're putting on your plate, right?
We're giving you the tools in the world that you live in.
If you make the wrong decision and lose a round because you're out of ammo, that's on you.
But if you're going to make this change, aren't you saying that you want there to be a world where that impacts your decision-making?
Is the fear of running out of bullets changes the way you'd handle a situation?
Aren't you trying to influence that situation and push the game towards that every once in a while?
And your example, maybe at the end of the round, you've missed your shots.
