I think the worst case scenario is OpenAI, for OpenAI, is they have to unravel this somehow.

And that would delay the IPO.

That would cause chaos in shareholders.

And I guess the best case is some sort of settlement.

And if Elon put the first $40 or $50 million in, he's due 10%, 20%, 30% of the company after dilution.
