Okay, but here's the thing.

I don't actually love how every spring fashion girlies are like, it's pastel dream season.

I don't want to look like a peeps marshmallow, okay?

Well, Chandler, that's because pastel dream isn't about going full cotton candy from head to toe.

It's more like soft, enchanting, elegant pieces styled in a way that feels personal.

Macy's fashion experts are literally calling this trend the trend of the season.

Okay, that's the part that I need help with.

I want to participate in, you know, these trends.

I just don't want the trend to wear me.

I don't want it to look like I am in the trend, if you know what I'm saying.

Yeah, that makes so much sense.

And I think the important thing is making it feel personal.

For me, that's jewelry and accessories.

I'll always keep an outfit simple, maybe a soft pastel top or a light blazer, but then I'll stack necklaces, add a statement earring or throw on a bag.

I feel like a bag can really add so much.

And for me, I guess the pastel dream in my personal style would probably look like my usual jeans with a soft color top and maybe a light cardigan or sweater.

Then maybe I'd throw on a little pearl necklace or maybe, you know, a little mixed metals.

I love that.

I love being grounded in basics, but just adding a casual pastel moment.
