So I grew up listening to them in high school, but I never got to see them because all the great bands I got into broke up right before Black Flag and The Minute Man and so forth. And so when they reunited, I was like โ I had an opportunity to see them in a club in Sacramento. And so I saw them for the first time. And what was โ I wasn't one of the kids taking photos. I was actually watching โ

But what I really took away from that was this connection that I really wanted when I was a kid, you know, and re-experiencing that feeling of being a kid and hearing these songs when they were fresh and new for me. And so that's โ I know I'm sounding like kind of a hippie or something.
