How are you guys?

So, um, I am 31 years old.

I've been at my place of work for most of my adult life since I was 21.

Um, it's a, I work in healthcare out here, uh, in Las Vegas.

Um, I was recently offered a opportunity to pretty much almost double my income.

A little bit of backstory is, I mean, why I've stayed at this company that I'm at for so long.

It's 10 to 15 minutes away.

I'm comfortable.

This new opportunity would be almost, I want to say 45 minutes away.

It is at a, a place that kind of cares about their employees more than where I'm at right now.

My biggest concern is I'm just,

I'm afraid to make the jump because I've been at this place so long.

And so I kind of feel like, you know, if you want to use an analogy, like a lion that the cage door is wide open, but he's too afraid to walk out that cage door to see what's on the other side, just because I've been at this place so long.

So I'm calling you guys.

I'm trying to get advice.

I just had my first interview today.

They made it seem that they're going to press forward in the hiring process.
