I know that scene, but you said the world.
Yeah, there were parts of it, yeah, where I was like, oh, this is really, really interesting.
There's just a bunch of bullshit in the middle.
Hmm.
There was nothing in Mandalorian and Grogu where I was like, that scene is going to be an iconic scene where I just can't stop thinking about how they pulled it off.
The action scenes are really, really good, but it just kind of slots into an era of Star Wars where I'm like, okay, you watch it, you enjoy it, and you kind of... Okay, so we're getting slightly bogged down here, but let me tell you why I want to.
But Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau in this movie can't kill the past.
Because whenever the movie gets shaky, they go back to the toy box and be like, hey, yo, this isn't Jabba the Hutt.
but it kind of is like Jabba the Hutt.
But what I'm saying is, is there enough to analyze?
These are new characters.
but they are new characters that are basically carbon copies of old characters.
So it's like, if we're trying to analyze this movie, the reason that we keep bringing up a bunch of shit that's happened in the past is because I'm like, when this movie is starting to feel shaky, it's because it's running back to the nostalgia, the nostalgia drain.
I think it cheapens the story, if I'm being honest.
So you knew that you were back in the world.
But within that, you got Luthen.
You got Cyril.
Yeah.
You got characters that were so memorable that it's like,
it overcomes just like, oh, it's not just nostalgia bait.
