There's been movements around.
Robbie Farah was on the coaching staff in those early days, and now he's moved out.
So I think we're finding out who's buying into Benji's style of coaching, the way he wants to play.
In the past couple of years, in terms of plays, we've had to trim the fat whether we wanted to or not.
And I think you now have, you look across the board, I think every one of those players loves Benji and wants to play for him.
and not looking around wondering, oh, well, I should be playing here, I should be playing here, and wanting to move themselves on.
So seeing the buy-in from players, I think it's really evident, rather than sitting here every week hearing, back in the day, Michael Chambers saying that someone is upset and doesn't want to be at the Tigers anymore.
Yeah, I mean, it's been great.
I mean, another scout that we missed was Cameron Serato.
We went up to him for a long time and we missed out on him.
And having Benji there now, the way that players get around and the players want to be playing for him and buying into his game plan, I think just works wonders for us.
And you look at a lot like our depth, everything seems to come out of nowhere.
But a lot of these guys are juniors.
who have just been able to jump like Tino Tavana came out of nowhere.
His game against Parramatta, every fifth tackle option was just kicked to Tino.
I think you're getting a lot of these guys coming through the junior system.
That's where we're getting our depth.
And when you're in the junior system, it's easy for you to go, well, I don't have a pathway through, so I'm going to leave.
But if you go, I believe in the coach and he's giving you a shot and he's putting you in positions where you can succeed, I think you're in a way better position and you're buying in.
Haven't they got them a bus route now?
