And it was actually a Navy person that brought me there because he said, this guy's amazing. But later on, he apologized and said, hey, I was intimidated. I didn't want you to, you know, you came in new, fresh. And I'm like, It's a story of my life. But long story short is that when you go inside a place like that, it's a different mind.

It's a different part of it where everybody has to be on the same key, on the same music. When you work with like people that has no intentions, no egos, no attitudes, and we're all there for one coming denominator. And you have to do your best of the best all the time. That was one point where you say how the stars align. They align perfectly because everything has to be perfect. Perfect.

But also you got to think about the part that a lot of people don't think about is the mechanics behind it. That is the beauty of it. The mechanics, not the actual being a chef there, it's the mechanics of how it actually works. Because you'd say, well, how this happens or why this happens, I don't understand. And there's a lot of things we don't, we'll never understand.
