That is in law enforcement's hands. A lot of times I think survivors are told, well, why don't you go to the police? Why don't you go versus going for money? And as an individual person, the most I can seek is a civil recourse unless law enforcement sees my case and takes it on. So it's kind of a twofold thing there.
