Ah!
The cockroach! There!
Gah!
When Judge Garson called me to his chamber room, he asked me who I would want to live with, my mother and my father. So I told him my mother. I told him my mom. He just said, you never know what's going to happen. It's up to me. He told me that he was an adult, he was the judge, and he decides whether I like it or not. So I thought, what's the point of me even coming
to the chamber room to talk to the judge if he didn't even want to hear what I wanted to say. So I said, I'm not going to sit and wait.
Where's my mother? She would never, ever leave her children.

I feel sometimes that I'm not listened to. I would just want you to listen to me more often and evaluate situations with me and lead me towards success.

Daddy, daddy, when I grow up, I want to be a stand-up comedian, just like you.
It was an accident.
Uh-uh, because she was outside swinging. That's right. She didn't see. So when Sally comes back in, where will she think the block is?
Why do you think she'll think that? I don't know. Can she put it there?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Mm hmm.

17 acres.
Oh, it's the police. They came for real. Yeah, we have to just come check, make sure everything's okay. What'd you do? Did you call the police? Yeah. Why? I told my mommy to go to jail. I didn't get ice cream. So is that why you're upset?
It's so hard to yell at them. Police, yeah. So no calling 911 unless it's a real emergency, okay? What are you calling for? I ate his ice cream. You ate his ice cream? Mommy has to go to jail. Should we take her to jail for your ice cream? Yes.
All right, explain this to my friend. Bye. See you guys. Thank you.
Guess what? What? He was sleeping when that happened, and then guess what? Just woke him up. Oh, that woke him up? And then guess what? What? He didn't know where to find him. He would. She didn't know where to find it. She went with a little bowl of tea. Oh, okay. Like my mom. Okay. Drinking the sweat. And she looked in the bathroom. Oh, did you? There we saw the blood on her head of death.
Did you see that blood with your very own eyes? No. Oh. I didn't see any of that. Only my dad. Then he called 911. Come here, quick.
I'm getting donuts by myself, and it's six.
I mostly got round donuts, but one is for Jacob.
I just read Anxious Generation and at the end they have this challenge where they're like we challenge you to like let your kid do something that without a parent.
The worst part is I can't watch because I can see like if he was gonna go do something confidently I was in there I could see him ordering or even if the blinds weren't shut and I could just peek in and see him like okay he's next in line he's got this No. Oh my gosh, he did it. He's so little. Hey. I didn't have to ask the manager or anything. Really?
I want him to lower prices and lower the taxes and make Barbies cheaper.
Yeah.
Yeah, and Polly Pockets. All my favorite toys are so expensive.

Kirk and his family were lucky. Unlike so many families in Los Angeles right now, they're now back in their home.
Can we just turn on to like a song by the Beatles? Sure. Not rock band, okay? Sure. Not like we're the kings. I don't really want to listen to rock.
I don't really want to listen to rock music when Kirk is Kirk Johnson.
Daddy, you can't eat tuna. I can't eat what? Dad killed Flipper. We're boycotting tuna, honey, because they kill the dolphins that get caught in the nets. Only albacore.
Okay.
What?
Are you laughing? Are you laughing? Go peanut. Go peanut. Go peanut. Go peanut. Yay. Oh, whoopsie.
