You know, look, this takes a little bit of work.

You've got to prove up a case.

I'm a former federal prosecutor in the U.S.

Attorney's Office.

And remember, typically our federal laws are not designed for us to have a federal police force and federal prosecutorial force going into states.

But where you've got the abuse of federal funds,

where you've got the nexus to the fraud of these federal tax dollars flowing, and you have public servants.

who are engaging in that kind of behavior.

There's absolutely room for federal prosecutions.

We need to follow the truth wherever it may lead on this stuff, including state leaders and those that are involved in knowingly and intentionally violating our laws.

And we've got to dive into it.

And, you know, look, people ask me all the time, why isn't Judge Boasberg being impeached?

Well, I agree.

He should be.

I mean, we should bring it up.

We should have the vote.

And if some Republicans won't vote for it, then they've got to go answer to their

constituents.

I think we need to have some votes here on judicial impeachment.

I think we need to see prosecutions out of the U.S.
