It got, I got laid off.

And when you when you ask, sometimes people will respond positively, not everyone, but people will.
And that's when you can make progress.
And so like, it's okay to ask for help.
I think that's a big one.
Yeah, don't don't do this alone.
We don't have to do this alone.
You know, like we're inherently social creatures.
