Right now the law is, you decide state by state. Okay? It is the first reversal of a right in our lifetime. Where a right had been recognized and then removed. That was very politically destabilizing, I thought. Turned out not to be in the election. Turned out, it wasn't the midterms. I mean, no, we had the Volstead Act.
