As a function of the collection. Especially the Bill of Rights, which you just referred to, because they sent it out to the states and the states came back with their recommendations. We say they're God-given, but the problem with that is you live in a secular society. So what if somebody doesn't believe in God? Do they not have rights? Of course they do. Of course they do.
