And yes, you still, you know, you still have to have those moments in your life where you can just kind of do whatever. Nobody's, you know, nobody's going to be righteous every day of their lives. But what experiencing some of this does is it makes you aware of life and how precious it is.

And it just makes you strive to be a better person so much more because you know that we have a finite amount of time on this earth. So are you going to make it count? Are you going to make it count or are you going to waste it? There are people out there who would kill for the lives that we have. So how can you not be grateful? How can you not be respectful and responsible with your time?

You know, we are free. We're free. We did it. We made it. Billions and billions and billions of people on this planet will never know what it is to be free. And in terms of free, I mean, you know, you're not waking up and working, you know, 12-hour shifts just so that you can eat and live. You know, we have free time. We have leisure. We have, you know, disposable income.

Well, I had a, you know, regardless of what happened outside of my training camp and all the things I was going through, I had a rehydration restriction.

So, you know, and I'm not saying this for sympathy or as an excuse. It was my own doing. I take full responsibility. And I say that because... They said, we want to have a weight or a rehydration restriction on you. So you can weigh in at the middle weight limit of 160 pounds, but you can only put on 10 pounds before the fight. Usually, there's no restriction on what you eat and drink.
