There's a lot of things that are going to happen here over the coming years.

And importantly, it's not just sport.

Sport is critical and I think we've actually designed one of the best rugby stadiums there is.

But it'll be, you know, when Robbie Williams is here, other local acts, this place is going to go off.

I would definitely agree with that.

But I do feel if you want to live in a vibrant place, you do need all that infrastructure.

You need the hospitals, the schools, the education.

But you also need places where people can come together, have fun, have entertainment and sort of grow together.

And these sort of places are critical to cities.
