and it is i think it's important to be bored it's really really important to be bored sometimes as a child yeah because then and i've noticed the minute that they're bored is when they start doing other stuff like drawing and getting stuff out that they haven't played with for ages rave got his play-doh out the other day and he played with it for like a solid 40 minutes and i just sat and i do you know i was doing the washing and i didn't actually leave the utility room for 10 or 15 minutes i just sat on the floor and listened to a podcast because i know it's so sad
