My view is if we really do have free speech, if we have freedom of thought and expression and views, everything is fair game. You know my favorite saying, racists have outlets too. It's the fact that people should be free to say what they like, and I resent that policing instinctively on either side.

I've always kind of thought that's a straw man argument, just because if we look at the state of society today and who has actual power, you know, these people aren't talking about freedom of speech. We know people are free to say what they say. But the people who bear the most consequences, I think, seem to be the most radical, especially if we think about it.
